I tried to update Creative Cloud on my desktop, but it failed. I couldn't open any of the apps anymore, so then I uninstalled the Creative Cloud desktop app and Application Manager and tried to reinstall them, but now it doesn't let me. When I try to install Creative Cloud desktop, it starts, but then after while a window pops up that says, "Creative Cloud Set-Up has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I'm not sure what to do. If anyone has any insight, please let me know!
I'm using a PC, running Windows 8.1.
Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall
