- What is your OS version? Mac only is not enough information.
- Did you install it on THIS computer on the first place via migration or via Adobe’s installer?
- When you said, you deleted InDesign? Did you uninstall it via Adobe's uninstaller or did you move it to the trash?
I see, that 6 updates are waiting to be installed. Would the problem be solved if you update your programs?
Thanks for your time.
Im running Yosemite 10.10.1
I installed it in the first place with Adobe installer
I have now uninstalled all of my cc programs and used cc cleaner tool, and reinstalled InDesign. Still same problem.
The updates hasn't solved it.
Help would be much appreciated
Can you try to install it with a different user on your mac. If it crashes there too, you have a serious problem with your computer at all, if not, the problem lies in your user account.
If the problem lies on the mac at all you might reinstall your OS, if only in your user account you might delete the user account and create it new.
Thanks for your time Willi
Its the same problem with an other user.
So you suggest to reinstall Yosemite? (sorry, how do i do that?)
Launch your Mac from the repair part of your drive. Hold the alt key upon start and follow the advises.
Ill try that. Thanks
