My answer would be no.
There are numerous program out there that can do that before import into the Premiere Elements project.
What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
Hello and thank you. I don't own it yet. It was a pre-sales question. Trying to find a low cost, low learning curve video editing app. Application is for no profit organization to edit video taken with quadcopter to be used for mapping inland saltwater marine environment shorelines and sea grass beds.
You can get some great GoPro edited video from Premiere Elements. Premiere Elements has many video editing advantages to offer, but it is not too often referred to as a "low learning curve video editing app" . Yet, what may be difficult learning curve navigation for one might be easy for another, so hard to generalize.
When you narrow down your choice of video editors, it is a good idea to look at the tryout before purchase to determine the compatibility of the program with your computer environment and your project goals.
Please let us know how we can help when and if needed with the Premiere Elements learning curve.
Thank you for the kind reply.
Can you refer me any of the programs where your wrote:

Thank you, Capt. Mike
I have not used any of the fisheye removal software. But, I have read about them and seen reports from users about their
effectiveness for the task.
For informational purposes (to avoid promotional matters), I think it best is to refer you to a google search under Fisheye Removal.
You should find GoPro Studio (page 1), ProDad (page 2) and other software designed to do this task.
I have not found a free one. However, this might be a candidate for a free one.
