Pdf to excel. Output has all symbols. How to fix?

I wanted to convert my bank statement over to excel but it came up all symbols ??

Could you please let me know whether you are using 'Adobe Reader' or 'Adobe Export PDF' online service to convert PDF to excel.

Have you tried converting any other PDF? Do you face the same kind of problem?

If possible, please share the file with me via email (Email id details sent via private message) so that I can check at my end.

i have acrobat 9 and rececntly subscribed to adobe export pdf online service..  Have not been able to convert any files to excel.  Have not been able to decipher online help instructions.
