What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 13.1 running on?
I cannot confirm your finding. Please give more details.
I have Premiere Elements 13/13.1 on Windows 7 and 8.1 64 bit.
I can copy from Microsoft Word 2010 and paste to the Description field of Premiere Elements 13/13.1
Thanks for the follow up.
Where are you getting the text that you are copying and trying to paste into the Publish+Share/Social Websites/YouTube's Description field?
That information is needed to make the comparison between what I described as working for me versus what is not working for you.
Have you tried the copy text from Microsoft Word, followed by paste text into this YouTube Description field?
Straight out of Notepad. After the Publish & Share Upload, I normally switch to the Metro GUI with the Windows key. Open Notepad. Open the text file with my text. Ctrl C the text I require, then attempt to Ctrl V into the Description field.
Thanks for the reply. I tried this with a copy from either Microsoft Word 2010 and Notepad, and the copy text pasted without issue into the Description field in the YouTube setup.
Just to make sure that we are in sync...is the following the Description field that you are pasting into?
I have just repeated the copy paste from Notepad to YouTube Description, using
Premiere Elements 13/13.1 on Windows 7 64 bit as well as Windows 8.1 64 bit
and no problems.
Please review your steps again. I did some quick reordering of the steps but still
have not come up with the difference between us. Maybe try some different
reordering of the steps to see if you can find an ordering of steps that makes
a difference in the copy/paste versus no copy/paste into that Description field.
The description field screen shot you have provided is correct. I will investigate further at this end. Thanks for the advise.
