Same for me - none of my Creative Cloud for Team users can login using Cloud app. Moreover Creative Cloud shows constantly only one message "Unable to reach Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings, and try again in a few minutes". I can see this since couple of hours now. What is interesting we have problem only under Windows OS (7, 8, 8.1) under MAC OS all works fine. BTW - I also experienced problem with the website, but just now (15:20 GMT) after few hours of struggling I was able finally to log in to my Team Administration panel.
