    I was already issued a refund on my annual subscription

      I was already issued a refund on my annual subscription, but I do not want to cancel service yet as I am still using a form to collect data right now. I did not initiate a cancellation request. I just want to be sure my account is not accidentally cancelled. I still need to use it through March. Who do I need to call to be sure my account stays active and is not cancelled?
