Well, the only way to see if there is any truth in this ad will be to wait until that date, but ordinarily as Adobe seem to be as locked down as Apple when it comes launches of new products or software, most people will take any announcement of a supposed release date with a pinch of salt.
My educated guess would that that "those in the know" have signed nondisclosure agreements and will not be commenting in any way.

The "additional granularity" (the reference to the 9th) is a commonly used trick to make a guess look more like a fact: birders do it all the time, reporting that during a count of migrants (say), they've counted 11,932 individuals of a given species pass overhead, when we all know it's impossible to that that accurate when counting flocks of birds flying over.
It's supposed to add credibility...
