my acrobat subscription worked well for 6 months but for weeks now, despite monthly payments routinely taken, free trial expired keeps appearing and cannot create pdfs. I don't want to cancel, just want the function already paid for. Chat never available and forum suggests phoning not a rewarding activity. My product list is empty with no serial via email. Any ideas please?
Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
