Hello, I've been trying to download a trial for the past few days but keep getting an error message? When I click on the icon to start it up, it asks me to sign in and has a little blue button at the bottom that reads "sign in now" but no where to sign in, I click this button and it says "unable to connect to internet" (Error Message: http://i.imgur.com/OvXaA8S.png ) I obviously have internet connection or I wouldn't be typing this at the moment. Next, I thought I should look up to see if others have similar problems, I followed everything from this post ( Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later ) but still get the error. So I decided that maybe I can find a solution in the Adobe Application Manager, when I opened it, I was prompted to download the Adobe Creative Cloud, so I did and opened it up once it was done downloading. This time, I was given the option to sign in, so I typed my information and clicked "sign in" and received a message saying "Unable to connect to adobe" ( Error message : http://i.imgur.com/Gm6TpGK.png )
I'm all out of ideas on what to do, perhaps someone can help me out?

-try some steps such as changing browsers and turning off your firewall
-also flush your browser cache so you are starting with a fresh browser
