    InDesign CC doesn't work


      To begin with, I've been an Adobe customer since Photoshop version ONE- if this forum is the only way to reach an Adobe support channel, it is an epic failure of quality of service for Adobe - truly.


      I have downloaded the Indesign CC trial because I am having issues with my InDesign CS6 desktop where it hangs on export of document to PDF  (I use CC at work but am working from home this weekend on old software) = PROBLEM 1


      The trial of Indesign CC will not open; a message is displayed regarding permissions / preferences/ access; this makes zero sense as it's my computer however it appears to be an Adobe preferences message = PROBLEM 2


      Please advise how to successfully install the CC trial/ reset the Adobe preferences etc. or better yet speak./ email with a person.
