Where are you getting the message about trial expired? On your desktop, or on a mobile device?
LR Mobile is available to users who have purchased LR via either a full CC subscription or the CC Photography Plan that includes both LR and PS but not with the serial-number-activated LR.
On your Desktop is the LR you’re using the serial-number-activated one or the CC-login-activated one? Have you ever installed the serial-number-activated one?
Are you using the same AdobeID on the mobile device? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling LR Mobile from your mobile device?
Do you see your synced photos if you go to http://lightroom.adobe.com/ and sign in with your Adobe ID?
I'm getting the message on both desktop and iPad.
Yesterday my iPad said i needed to sync photo's but now it says trial expired again.
I activated everything through logging in with my Adobe ID, i bought lightroom 4 with a serial but thats not installed anymore.
I can't sync any photos in the desktop app because of that trial expired thing.
Both applications are signed in with the same id.
Is the regular Lightroom program functioning normally? Are you able to use the develop module?
Yes i am, everything except lightroom mobile is working just as its supposed to do.
its educational but i didnt buy it through Kivuto, I ordered it on the website of slim.nl which said mobile apps are included.
Looking on slim.nl site I see a CC-for 132,00 price and the only reference to Mobile I see is this (translated to English using Google):
"In addition, you also have the right to different mobile apps such as Photoshop Mix"
It is not clear the LR Mobile is included in this set of apps or not. It is possible that LR Mobile uses more CC storage than some of the other apps and is not included, but this is just speculation. You might ask the slim.nl people if LR Mobile is explicitly included or not.
FYI, when I log into adobe.com and click Mobile on the menu there are quite a few apps listed, LR Mobile and Photoshop Mix being two of them:
It may be that you need to talk to Adobe Customer Service and see if your AdobeID is linked with a product suite that include LR Mobile or not--if that is something they can tell from there side. Users on the forums have no access to that type of information. I'd suggest using the Chat for Adobe CS if you have it available in your location.
