    how long to get a response for license platform exchange?


      I submitted a case to exchange my license for CS6 from PC to Mac and it's still sitting in the queue as "Open - Pending Adobe Response". I bought the software online directly from Adobe and provided my order number. I don't understand what's so difficult about getting a response from Customer Support. Does anyone have a number I can call? Apparently that's nowhere to be found on their support site either.
