Else, you will need to contact our support for assistance with the process: Contact Customer Care
Be sure to sign into the Adobe ID associated with your membership

All of that seems to take me into a loop with a chat at the end. Still no resolution. The chat is useless. One would expect more from Adobe.
Sorry to hear you're having difficulties getting through. I know sometimes you have to wait for an agent to become available if they're currently all helping others. Is that the case? How long did you wait?
About 15 minutes. While waiting, you get the feeling you've been dropped.
I just gave up and contacted my credit card company and told them to deny payment.

Adobe makes it impossible to cancel membership. What a rip-off. There is no link to cancel online, it only brings one to community bulletin boards. I have called four times, each time I'm connected to someone in India, I get put on hold for 15-20 minutes and the phone goes dead. DO NOT do business with Adobe.
