use the externalInterface() class. you can often get away with using getURL(), but if you have flash 8 look at that class.
below is the html code and that is displaying the flash movie add in browser. I want to load that in my flash application.
if (!document.phpAds_used) document.phpAds_used = ',';
phpAds_random = new String (Math.random()); phpAds_random = phpAds_random.substring(2,11);
document.write (" http://ads.sportdog.gr/ads/adjs.php?n=" + phpAds_random);
document.write ("&exclude=" + document.phpAds_used);
document.write ("&referer=" + escape(document.referrer));
document.write ("'><" + "/script>");
</script><noscript><a href=' http://ads.sportdog.gr/ads/adclick.php?n=a1ffd680' target='_blank'><img src=' http://ads.sportdog.gr/ads/adview.php?what=zone:218&n=a1ffd680' border='0' alt=''></a></noscript>
