The Premiere Elements tryout should have all the features of the program. But, remember that Premiere Elements Mac does not necessarily have all the features
of Premiere Elements Windows.
Premiere Elements Windows uses Windows fonts.
Since I am strictly an Elements Windows user, I am not sure of the details of Mac fonts. Not sure if the following will help.
Based on the Windows model, I would suspect that Premiere Elements Mac will use the Mac fonts of the Mac system.
I was just wondering if I should get a dvd drive and install from the disk. The download seem small. Also, does anyone know if the version in the box is different than the current version.
I would think the trial is up-to-date?
Thank you A.T.
Thanks for the reply.
The major difference between the boxed version and the download is that you get Windows and Mac discs; whereas, often for essentially the same price, your download will
include either Mac or Windows (not both) installation files specific for your computer operating system.
But, consider, if you are going to create any disc products from the program, you will need a DVD burner or Blu-ray DVD burner (drive) anyway.
Consider the merits (technically and financially).
