I'm trying to import a .png file into After Effects CS6 (version 184.108.40.206) and keep getting this error message:
Followed by this one after I click "OK":
The .png imports fine into After Effects CC so I don't think the file is corrupted or anything like that. I need to make some motion graphics using Trapcode though and I only have that for CS6 so I'm stuck at the moment. Why is this happening in CS6? If there's no solution I guess I'll have to pay for the Magic Bullet upgrade and just do it in CC but it would be great if I could just figure out why this is happening in AFX CS6...
Here's what I'm running:
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)
2.8 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB
If you have created the PNG in Photoshop CC, that is on some level expected. They have done something weird to their PNG stuff...
