You guys are no help for the past month I have been trying to get this straightened out but all I keep getting is one moment as I transfer you to someone who knows whats going on only to have them say all they can do is retrigger the account and to wait 24-48 hours. I wait the time still nothing I have an order confirmation number to track but adobe says it doesn't exist.
Many of "you guys" in this open form are other users like you... it sounds like you have a problem that only Adobe staff can fix
