To avoid losing time you can use the trials while the problem gets resolved.  I do not have a solution to offer but you are likely to find your issue is very common if you search thru this forum for a solution ok?

Carlol34631667 I would recommend reviewing Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later for information on how to resolve the connection error preventing the membership from authorizing.
