    Unable to erase authorization for ADE 4.0 MacBook


      I'd like to erase authorization from one Adobe ID so I can reauthorize with another Adobe ID.

      Error message says "Unable to erase authorization. Please try after some time." It's been three days, and same error message. No option to contact Adobe help other than forums.
