A couple ways to manage files stored in your Adobe Cloud account.
(1) your OS probably has a local folder that is sync'd to that storage. At least using Windows it is. You can manage the Could storage that way.
(2) Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. Assuming it is installed, you can view the Assets link, then opt to view the local storage that is synced or view directly on the Web.
The Open Folder button opens your OS' file manager. The View on Web button opens your default browser and opens the remote Cloud storage.
As for fonts, if you are not using TypeKit fonts, package your ID file, ZIP the contents of the folder system it creates and copy it to your local Cloud storage or open the Web interface as above. Alternatively, the folders created when you package the ID file can be copied directly to either location and they will be sync'd. This all assumes you are on-line and will be at school.
Macintosh computers also have a local folder for the Creative Cloud files. It's called Creative Cloud Files and it's located in your Home folder.
