Invoice for what? If this is for the Creative Cloud subscription then it will be listed on your Credit Card billing statement
This is the creative cloud forum - so guess of which invoices I wrote about
And nope, the "Credit Card billing statement" is not an invoice my local tax office would accept.
Adobe provides invoice which is legally acceptable, please let us know if you are referring to anything else.
thanks for your reply - and yes I know, that the invoices are in general legally acceptable.
My Problem is, that I can't access the invoices of 2014 (especially the invoice for December 2014, which I need urgently).
All I see in my account are the invoices of 2015 - as you can see in the screenshot attached above.
When I go to my account I see the last 2 months, just like you see, then below that there is <Previous, To you "Zuruck". Clicking that I get all the statement from when I initially signed up. All the way back to April of 2014. There is also an icon to Print out those statement.
Thanks a lot, that is it!
Don't know, whether I'm an idiot or this is a big translation failure, because "zurück" translates as "back", which I read as "back in browser's history"...
I have Emailed you the invoice for December 2014, please check.
Hope it helps you.
Adobe refuses to email invoices. They make you go through 11 steps to get your invoice - logging in 2X??. I have tried talking to adobe but they take a "we're right, you're wrong attitude" with a "help" page that is woefully incorrect and two suggestions: buy an annual subscription or bookmark something (adding 2 steps to eliminate 3)
Adobe claims "SECURITY" issues dampen their capability to do anything else, I say more website visitors and page views for adobe.
11 steps to get your Adobe Creative Cloud monthly invoices from their website

- chose "manage account"
- LOG IN AGAIN????
- Figure out where invoice is, "Plans & Products" or "Account"
- Choose "Plans & Products"

- Billing History appears on right side, choose "print" icon on month needed.
- Choose to "print" again, but it doesn't print. It downloads to your computer.
