    Why have you not proccessed my refund after so many requests to do so after my upgrade

      I upgraded my creative cloud to include Adobe Premiere and was promised a refund of unused time which has never happened even after multiple requests not to mention I was charged more than promised.

      What do I need to do to actually have this taken care of.   All chat requests have promised it would be handled within a few days which has never happened.
