My free trial is up, and i bought LR package, is there somewhere i can enter the code without deleting my free trial, and all the presets and pictures i have on there??

I bought the LR package, and don't want to go through re-sinstalling everything.. is there a way i can just enter the code into the free trial LR i have?

open lightroom and click buy>enter your serial number.
