I am a creative cloud member.
Couple of month ago, I had trouble with creative cloud which didn't let me to sync, download or upgrade CC programs.
Once I found the problem, I uninstalled the creative cloud application and download new one to re-install.
However It didn't let me to re-install the program. In the middle of installing process, the window was suddenly disappeared with no error note.
I tried couple of times more, it was keep happened...
So I decided to use 'Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool', and tried to uninstall the CC programs.
This time error window pops up says. 'Adobe application manager is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of application manager.'
Well I can not install the application manager... what can I do to solve this problem.
