Currently BC strips out the "controls" tag of your video, if your client edits a page with the content editor that contains embedded video withe the control tag.

This mean you need to manually go in as Dev or FTP, The problem also means that now We need to check pages that have been edit by clients, or get clients to tell us when they edit pages with video as there is a problem (That removes the controls).

Is there a way to stop BC stripping code (Eg. within Certain tags etc ?

Do not put the videos on the pages, simple as that.

You can either put them in templates or have the page and the editable content as a content holder and train the client to edit that area through the content holder and not the page... Build that area of the site with web apps as another option as well.

It is a bug with the editor BC uses, adobe need to upgrade it or use a different one. The only work around is using FTP to save and edit
