    How can we help the people that recieve the files that we send?


      I send files to people domestically and internationally. Alot of the times I send files to the same people,

      • sometimes they can click on the link and download the files.
      • Sometimes they clcik on the link, they can see the files but are unable to download
      • Sometimes hey click on the link, which will open the page for downloading the files but are not able to see anything.

      When I check the Adobe Send sight for activity, I am able to see that they have attempted to view the documents several times.

      This can get frustrating for them.


      Does anybody have any suggestions?
