This is the second DVD from Amazon to say I have pirate copy. First one did not arrive with booklet inside and second did, so could be pirate... who knows? Where do I go from here?

There is no one here that has any ability to resolve your purchase.  You likely need to go back to whoever sold you the software and get your money back.  You always take chances when you opt to buy from third party vendors.

Lindat52937257 are you able to register the serial number for the Adobe software title which you purchased?  You can find details on how to register your purchased software at Find your serial number quickly.  If the serial number is not accepted you are welcome to contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care to verify that the serial number is invalid.

If it is invalid as Ned suggested you will want to work directly with the seller to return the purchase.
