You can contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.

Chat is the first step, but they don't support CS3 any longer. After going back and forth for a while with the agent he finally gave me an 800 number to call. I called, got a real live person, and he solved the problem by increasing the number of licenses I hold, and in 3 minutes I was up and running. Thanks.
Actually the folks in chat are supposed to support activation issues for older versions, but the folks there vary and their story changes so frequently that one can only guess what they might tell a customer on any given day.
