Is it possible to block bots or spiders or filter them out of site stats in business catalyst?

Short answer, no. You can use a robots.txt to restrict what they have access to, but since there is infinite number of bots and spiders in the world it's near possible.

It should also be noted that not all bots or spiders will obey a robots.txt file.
