You probably need to explain a little more as the current version of Lightroom is 5.7.1, 5.8 and 5.9 haven't been released.
A good start would be what version of Lightroom you are using, what OS (Win or Mac) and version and what are you trying to install?
Sorry this reply took so long.
I have Lr 5.6. when I start Lr it ask if I want to update to Lightroom 5_LS11_win_5_7 update. I have downloaded 5-7,5-8,5-9 updates. but can not install due to "reject a problem occurred while extracting some files check available space on your computer and the right privileges on destination folder"
I am using win 7 have adobe set to 64.
If I may ask where do you live? because of the BKK
Bkk is just a prefix for Bangkok
Just make sure that you either have enough free disk space or that you have write privileges to the folder where the installer extracts the package, usually that is the desktop. It is advisable to make sure you have administrator privileges assigned to your logon id before running the installer.
its my system should have privilege. have the disk space.
I live in BKK, that's why I asked
Cool, great place to live.
Just open the "This PC" or Explorer Icon and right -click on the "Desktop" Icon, click on the "Security" Tab and make sure that SYSTEM, Your User ID, and Administrators all have "Full Control".
Also, you will need at least 2GB of disk space spare to install, that takes into account the extracted msi's and the installation.
The other thing is, if it is the CC version, have a look at Error: "Failed to install" | Creative Cloud Desktop
