For the past year or so I've had this trouble. I've contacted Adobe, and have been told that this is their system for support. I've been told an Adobe technician will read this and troubleshoot the issue.
When I apply changes to raw images in Camera Raw (changes to xmp/metadata), these changes aren't reflected in Bridge. I would like to know how to remedy this.
For example: I download 10 raw images, put them into Camera Raw, brighten them and take out yellow. In Bridge, I still see pre-Camera Raw images, looking like they did straight out of camera. This can make it difficult to edit if, for example, the images are underexposed.
Please let me know how to fix this thank you.
Might be your bridge options for thumbnail quality and preview generation setting. Do you have this set to Always High Quality? If set to Prefer Embedded, Bridge will display thumbnail from camera and not see Camera Raw updates; if set to High Quality On Demand, Bridge will use embedded thumbnails until you preview each image.
Thank you so much, that did the trick! I didn't even know that was an option, it must accidentally have gotten clicked on/turned off about a year ago and I hadn't known what the problem was all this time!
