My Ink connect only half the time and disconnects in under a minute. And when connected it rarely writes only button seems to work. Is there anything I can do to fix this or do I have to exchange it for a new one. Tried fully charging it and Tried turning off gestures and restarting iPad and ink and connecting again. still same problem. Anything I can do or do I have to get a new one?
I would test if the same thing happens with Palm Rejection turned off in whatever app you are seeing the behavior, generally this option is below where you link Ink within the app. If you continue to face difficulties I'd recommend contacting Adonit support for assistance at email@example.com.
Thank you for your help. I contacted them and they recommend sending it back for a replacement. i did fail to mention this was a out of the box problem and the ink never worked. Thanks again for your advice.
