I've been a Premiere user for 14 years now. CC is really messing me up here. I run a clean macbook pro with latest updates etc, fully paid subscriptions and I only ever seem to have issues with updates failing in the CC app menu. Is this common? When is this going to be sorted out? I am really frustrated and have lost my sense of trust in this product since CC was introduced.

-try some steps such as changing browsers and turning off your firewall
-also flush your browser cache so you are starting with a fresh browser
