jrun servlet error (Design and Web premium)

I had a crash on my HD and am trying to download my Design and Web premium again. There is no phone support available. When I click the download for this product on my account page, I get the following error:

Jrun Servlet error

413 Header length too large

Win 7 64 Pro

Chrome browser

Please advise.
