I just signed my daughter up for CC (student account). I completed the sign in and payment (with my credit card). I was going to sign in and set up a couple of programs for her but when I tried to, the p/w and email address did not match. I clicked on "reset p/w" but have never received an email at my daughter's email. I am afraid that I mistyped the email address. Is there anything I can do while waiting for a chat?
