Is there a question here? If so, you should restate it because I haven't the faintest idea of what you're asking.

            Hi Steve,

            Thanks for your support.

Suppose i need to modify Running head in first chapter (File 1). it may update all the files.

I have around 20 files (20 chapters), same running read.

Is there any option available in InDesign?

            Regards,

            Velu

It depends on how the running head was created. If you used the Content Collector to Place and Link the header from chapter 1 into your other files I think it should update automatically, otherwise, if the header is on a master page, putting al the files in the same .indb Book file, setting chapter 1 as the source, and synchronizing the master pages should work.

                Hi,

                Thanks for your reply.

In First proof stages, i have used the book concept only. But in revision stages we are using the blacklining pluggin.

Blacklining with InDesign book having some issues, book will automatically quitting any time.

I will try the next option you suggested.

                Regards,
