Is it possible to link to the {tag_classifications} tag to specific pages

Hi,

I have a site which contains articles which are all classified under at least one category. I have inserted the {tag_classifications} at the top of the article pages to illustrate the articles that they fall under and was seeing if there was a way to link the categories which are listed to there individual list pages.
