You need to download and install CC2014.2 from the Creative Cloud desktop
app. You are using an older version of InDesign.
Thanks Bob, I was working from an alias Indesign, that hadn't updated my latest 2014.2 InDesign download of course. All good.
That's odd. My test machine at work seems to be running InDesign 9.3 ok on Yosemite 10.10.2 although I have not given it a thorough testing.
Is there something (anything or host of things) not working in your 9.3 that I could try in mine so that I can fully test it. The point for us is that we use a Xinet asset management tool and they haven't written the InDesign plug-ins yet that tag the files for ID 2014. So for us it's not as simple as just using 2014.
Anything specific you can point out as a good test would be most welcome.
My InDesign 9.3 worked fine on Yosemite 10.10.2 - however, there were
latest InDesign features such as export fixed layout EPUB, which didn't
show up in the EPUB export. I have now downloaded the latest InDeign :
2014.2 - and it works for me now. You may want to upgrade to the 2014.2
Thanks for the heads up. I'll try the EPUB export when I'm back in the office.
We can't update to 2014 at the moment but luckily do very little EPUB stuff.
