    Support really sucks. No way to get through. I cannot access my stand alone program  and cannot get through to get help. I think I need to seek legal help


      Anybody know how to re activate. I had a full working stand alone then tried the cloud. Now I cannot go back to my stand alone and it is not possible to contact anyone
