cannot download free trial version of creative cloud. what do i do?

I am not able to download free trial version of creative Cloud.  what do I need to do?

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details like a proper explanation of what actually isn't working...

Yeah, I'm the same. Been trying to install trial Flash Pro  since this morning and it keeps installing up to 84% then saying it 'failed' I've tried it nearly 20 times now. getting very frustrated. Is there no help/support on here?

Philw62715716 what error messages are you able to locate within the installation log files?  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC.  You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.
