It would be great for others to chime in and maybe identify a major problem/solution for Edge users. I have had all sorts of issues with crashing/freezing on the Edge interface since getting a new macbook pro. With some searching I discovered that it is not really recommended to use the solid state drive on a machine like this for content files but to reserve it mostly for operating system and applications. Sure enough, when I transferred my project to an attached (spinning) hard drive, the problems cleared up. At least so far! Am I on to something here? Maybe this would solve some issues for other people with mysterious crashes and freezes. Thanks for helping, everyone!
