CDs, but no disc drive. How to install?

In January I purchased Photoshop Elements 13 (cd, not download) and never installed them, then replaced my computer and the new one doesn't have a disc drive.  Any suggestions on how I can install the program? I have an older computer with a disc drive.  Can I install on an older computer, then transfer the files somehow?
