The product will be in your Downloads folder. Please confirm? That's what 'Other' generally means. No Muse should not be listed in the Extension Manager. It is listed under 'Other' instead. Always read the 'Where to Find it' information on the Add-ons website for installation instructions and guidance on where to find the add-ons that you have installed.

Me again, any reason extension manger wont load the cursor clock just whirs around and nothing else happens? All apps are up to date?
Did you find the Muse file in your Downloads folder on C drive?
Please check your version of ExMan and update to the latest build if necessary which is version 188.8.131.52. This may help with the whirring clock issue.
