What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system? Information asked if version and operating specifics are needed.
There is no separate track for each of the 6 channels of what is referred to as 5.1 channel. A 5.1 channel audio goes on one audio track.
If you have a project preset described for 5.1 channel, then you will see the track with a 5.1 notation next to the name of the numbered audio track.
Under this condition, if you have the Audio Meter opened, you will see 6 channels displayed. (See Window Menu/Audio Meters).
So, I am not seeing how your question relates to Premiere Elements. Could you explain further. Is the following what you are
seeking relating to computer set up for the sound system
Ce que souhaite connaître pour Premiere Elements si le canal 1 = avant gauche, C2 = avant droit, C3 = avant central, C4 = subwoofer, C5 = arrière gauche et C6 = arrière droit, merci
Thank you for your reply.
Dolby Digital 5.1 channel has a typical channel/speaker setup without any contact with Premiere Elements (any version).
Speakers - left, center, right, left surround, right surround + the subwoofer.
And, I do not have any information that says import of 5.1 channel file into Premiere Elements alters that arrangement.
As for putting channel numbers on each of those speakers, I cannot confirm that at this time.
If you are just asking about Channel Identification, the following online article
Please see the information under Channel Identification in that link.
If you are asking about the specifics of a "Dolby Digital 5.1 Channel Decoder" in Premiere Elements, I have not seen any
information at the user level on that.
Please review the above and then let me know if I am targeting what you seek.
for Premiere Elements if the channel 1 = front left, C2 = right front, central front = C3, C4 = subwoofer, left rear = C5 and C6 = rear right
Merci, grâce à vous, j'ai mes réponses !
