症状
Adobe Presenter10でビデオファイル(mp4, WMV)の取り込みを行うと
エンコードは完了(自動にエンコードされない？ので手動で実施)するのですが
エラー「ファイルは読み込めませんでした」と表示され読み込みできません。
PC環境
・windows7 professional 64Bit
ソフト環境
・Microsoft PowerPoint2010 32Bit
・Adobe Presenter10
・インストール時にBit選択できなかったのでBit数は不明。
※上記環境以外に必要な情報が要りましたら追記いたします。

0)質問の前に、どこに質問すればよいか不明の為、こちらに質問いたしましたが
もし、別の問い合わせがございましたら教えていただければ幸いです。
1)今回の症状の原因・改善方法がありますでしょうか？
2)PCのOSは64Bitなのですが｢Microsoft PowerPoint2010」は32Bitです。
Adobe Presenter10インストールは別途購入したインストールディスクで行っておりますが
Bit選択できなかったのですが、Adobe Presenter10のインストールされたBit数を見る方法は
ありますでしょうか？また、32Bitでインストールされていない場合、32Bit版のインストール
方法はどのようにすればいいでしょうか？

Errors
When attempting to embed a video file (mp4 or WMV) with Adobe Presenter 10, the encode finishes (it doesn’t encode automatically, so it’s done manually), but an error displays (This file cannot be read), so the video is not displayed.
Also, when creating a quiz, none of the text, aside from radio buttons and the Send button can be edited, such as the answers to the quiz.
