I have installed Lightroom 5 on my Mac. I have linked my Mac to external output (so that it I can hear it through my hi fi). When I use any of my other programmes - eg iTunes - the sound goes through the external output. However, when I try to add audio on slide shows in Lightroom, there is silence, unless I disconnect the external output. Presumably, I need to make an adjustment somewhere so that the sound is sourced through the external output when I use Lightroom. Does anyone have any ideas as to this issue can be fixed, please?
Having same problem - when I try to play audio on my iMac from a video clip in Lightroom cs6 through my usb audio interface I can only get sound via the built-in audio, even though iTunes plays through the audio interface fine.
Having same problem - when I try to play audio on my iMac from a video clip in Lightroom CC (v.2015.12) through my Bluetooth device,
sound still goes via the built-in audio, even though other app (iTunes, Finder, etc.) plays through the audio interface fine.
As this thread is not solved, how have you solved it ?
