I'm creating an interactive PDF. I want the text description of the media file I've placed into my InDesign file to be exported in tact, so that the video is playing underneath it. It looks fine as I work in the InDesign file, but when I export to a PDF, the text disappears. What do I need to do to preserve the text appearance in the final output.

The only way to do it is to take the take frame and convert it to a button.
Interactive elements (like buttons, video, etc.) are always above page elements.
thanks Steve, that worked!
As a follow up, I wonder does it matter the order in which I convert the text/vector shapes to buttons? I ask because one my text box appears beneath the vector graphic which is serving as the text box outline.
