I am using 2.0, if I download 3.0, or maybe 4 will my ongoing list of previously borrowed library books still be there?

I would like to update my Digital Editions, maybe move to 3.0, or 4.03 or whatever. I have been having some trouble with 2.0, getting some errors and just wonder if newer versions might help. The question is, will I lose the list of books I have borrowed from the library? I really like having the list for reference of past reading.
