This is clearly a trouble shooting site. Some of the best here for the last several years has been the "creative" stuff to go with the "technical".
"Special effects" fascinate me. There are some good tools in Premier Elements for that. I've just started looking at HitFilms" as a way to add more complex "fx" for my videos. Of course Adobe provides the famous After Effects to go with Premier Pro, but I'm on a Premier Elements budget!
Recently I read about HitFilm which seems far less known. Though not really cheap, it is more affordable than the combination of Premier Pro and After Effects.
There is a brand new course at Lynda.com for "HitFilm 3 Pro". As is usual, a half dozen of the lessons are free and should be entertaining, educational and (perhaps) inspiring to any Premier Elements fan.
